SEALS TO THE SLAUGHTER
The Seals dropped its second game in as many weeks, this time 9-2 to the Spacklers. Attendance was better, but the effort wasn't. After a 2-2 first period draw, the Spacklers riddled netminder Andrew Godsil with a slew of tricky shots. The question remains, what can the Seals do to turn this season around?

AIL SEASON BEGINS WITH THUD
The Seals started their first season at Floyd Hall Arena in the highly competitive Adult Instructional League, also known as the AIL, with a bit of a thud Monday night into Tuesday morning.
Five Seals were on hand for the festivities, as David Icikson, Steven Krentz, Dan Ottensoser, Sean Strohmeyer, and goalie Andrew Godsil proudly donned the green and gold.
Capt. Krentz was dismayed as it was his understanding the team roster would be filled with free agents provided by league manager Robbie Martinez. Instead, Krentz went on a wild chase to find three willing and able bodies to help put a team on the ice.
The end result was an 8-2 loss with the tired Seals getting outscored 5-1 in the final period of play.
